What is the 24/7 after-sale terminal service ?
We propose to car dealerships, authorized repair centers and car rental companies to offer to their customers the possibility to drop off and pick up their vehicle keys 24/7 through our contactless kiosk solutions.
These kiosks are made up of armored lockers and an embedded software solution that allows you to guide your customers independently in returning their vehicle keys outside working hours of your sales outlets.

Security & monitoring :
IPSIP’s 24/7 kiosk solutions are secured and monitored by IPSIP’s 24/7 teams guaranteing the availability and security of the kiosks and your data.
Embedded 4G/LTE internet connectivity
We have chosen to interconnect the kiosks through a dedicated and secure 4G/LTE line via the implementation of INSYS ICOM M2M routers for the following reasons:
- Ensuring 24/7 availability of kiosks and embedded applications
- Segmenting and isolating the terminals of your information system
- Autonomous and transparent operation for the sales' point

Deployment :
The deployment of the solution is managed by Ipsip in France and abroad. From the set up hosted environment, to the installation and commissioning of the locker kiosks. Ipsip takes care of the end-to-end deployment of the kiosks.

Dashboard and reporting capabilities :
For each of the equipped points of sale, you will be able to consult online activity statistics of the kiosk, number of entries per day, service satisfaction scores. The illustration below highlights the data retrieves by after-sales service terminal.

Your after-sales service sends a work order that the customer will sign electronically or by email to start the order.
Secure online payment
At the end of the service , the customer receives an SMS with a secure payment link. Once the service is paid, he receives his code to get his keys back.
PICK UP
The customer comes back to the kiosk with a text message to collect his keys.

Interface with your existing environment
The solution interfaces easily with your existing appointment scheduling system, website and e-payment solution. We are currently interfaced with the main Dealer Management Systems of the automotive market.
