Now customers can schedule their appointments online, by email, or through an advisor. The APV terminal is able to interface with the dealers' planning management software to facilitate the handling of customers.

Once an appointment is made, the customer receives a code by sms to drop off or pick up his car keys whenever he wants on weekdays or weekends.

The 24/7 contactless kiosk provides your customers with a fully digitalized experience. The customer identifies himself at the kiosk with code received by SMS in order to deposit or retrieve his vehicle keys. The kiosk guides them through a customer journey within they can validate or modify their appointment information (phone number, email, VIN, mileage, etc.).They are also able to leave a comment for the after-sales receptionist.
