A terminal placed near the reception desk

The Fast Lane Terminal is intended for an indoor environment and is designed to improve customer vehicle pick-up during peak hours. It is therefore placed near the service desk and allows for quick redirection of drop-offs and returns. It can also be used to supply spare parts or as a Click&Collect locker.

The main objective of this solution is to reduce the waiting time in the dealerships and to direct the customers who wish to do so to a quick drop-off and/or pick-up of their vehicle keys for the after-sales services.

 

It is possible to collect your vehicle keys on Saturdays

Your sales showroom is open on Saturdays, while your after-sales workshop is closed?

Put your customer’s keys in the terminal on Friday evening, so he can come and collect it in full autonomy on Saturday thanks to the code he will have received by text message. No pressure for the customer who could not show up on Friday night before closing time, you are now able to offer him flexibility on his vehicle key drop-off and pick-up.
